We understand that now is a very difficult time, and we offer our sincere condolences on your loss. Managing the final affairs of a loved one while coping with your personal loss can be a daunting task.  We’re here to help assist you in understanding the estate management process.

Why We’ve Contacted You

An account was referred to our office by a creditor client.  We are specialists in the area of deceased account care and provide support and assistance to Executors, Administrators, and Authorised Individuals.

If you received our initial letter, we are trying to reach the Executor or Authorised Individual for the Estate regarding a creditor account.  We recognise that only the Estate is responsible for paying outstanding bills and family members are not required to use personal assets to pay estate liabilities.

If you are the Authorised Individual managing the Estate, please contact us.

Getting The Support You Need

When coping with grief, it is important to remember your own health. Everyone experiences loss differently. For information about continuing life after loss, please visit our survivor support website at www.continuedpath.com.au.

Organisations such as Griefline and The Samaritans also offer guidance and support. Of course you can always reach out to the community through places of worship, counselling centres or mental health agencies, and hospitals or funeral homes.
